Funny to me how the desire and scent. Of various foods changes so often on a diet. I have never been on such a restricted calorie diet in my entire life and to get to a point where these sweet foods completely lose appeal is hilarious. They remind me of how i want simply more tilapia and more broccoli. That would be beautiful. 4oz of tilapia and a cup of broccoli a meal leaves me extraordinarily hungary all day. In fact now, i have been hungary for weeks. What control i do have, i abuse, and that is the ever increasing amount of organic cayanne pepper i pour on my child sized food portions, when a tablespoon of cayanne tastes sweet and no longer spicy and those aroubd you pull away with intensity and you salivate its quite intetesting.
