Breakfast of champions 3 days out

My usual i have grown to love and look forward to….mmm….

4oz tilapia loin (thanks costco!)
1 small organic kiwi (thanks sprouts!)
1 tablespoon organicn cayanne pepper
1 teaspoon fresh ground himalayan sea salt
1 teaspoon gresh ground organic black pepper

- when i grind my special flavorings over my freshly cooked fish, i do so with my weakest hand (my right hand) in order to aid in increasing central nervous system activity towards strengthening the connection from my brain to my non-dominant hand (even in my dieted state) which will help strengthen and balance out symmetry in my physique as well as burn extra calories this morning through forcing m CNS to exert more effort than it desires. :) ITS TRUE!

Next to my wonderful meal lies a giant piglet cup (thanks Venus) which contains 12oz warm water and 3 organkc green tea bags (thanks target) as well as that pleasently strong standing and naturally refreshing beverage known as SAN PELLEGRINO, which is straight from mother natures special water glands to nourish and strengthen my cells with a more diverse mineral content than traditional spring water. When you get this dieted, believe me, you feel it!
