ok, went there for the first time today to bang chest.
had heard around about this gym from some local BB's and Powerlifter's, so I needed to check it out.
this has got to possibly be the "Metroflex" of southwest Ohio!
Ronnie Coleman & Branch Warren would feel at home there!
lots and lots of old school equipment(maybe too much), and heavy ass iron weight. even the db's are iron! as one guy put it to me, "the owner must have got those db's from a prison somewhere".
my complaint would be to much stuff and too little room! it's hard to move through the gym without bumping and banging into shit.
I would say a 75% juice factor here, as there were some big dudes walking around and this place is HARDCORE in every sense of the word.
notable people who train there include Jorge Gurgel, Dustin Hazelett, & Rich Franklin(MMA fighters), as well as BB "Mr. Ohio" Drew Smith.
I personally plan on working out there a little more often, but have no intentions of joining as it is a bit too far out of my way.
if you happen to pass through the Dayton/Cincinnati corridor, and have an itch to bang hardcore, this would be the place to do it!
